Ingredients
1 egg white
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 cups pecan halves
Preparation
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
1. Beat egg whites with a hand mixer in a medium-sized bowl
until frothy.
2. Add vanilla, pumpkin spice, salt and maple syrup,
beat with mixer until just combined, add in pecans, stir to coat.
3. Spread nuts evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Bake for 50 minutes, stirring nuts every 15 minutes.
Let cool. Store in an airtight container for up to 30 days.
