About the Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenderloins
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
1 cup whole wheat flour, seasoned
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
cooking spray
Spicy Maple Sauce
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon Louisiana hot sauce
Preparation
1. In a bowl, combine chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and Tabasco. Refrigerate until ready to cook.
2. Add flour, eggs, and panko to separate dishes for dredging the chicken.
3. Coat each tender in flour then egg and lastly panko. Spray the bottom of the air fryer with cooking spray, add chicken pieces, do not overcrowd or layer the chicken pieces you will have to do a few batches. Spray chicken with cooking spray and cook in the air fryer at 400F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Make sure the internal temperature comes to 165F.
Spicy Maple Sauce Directions:
Mix together in a small bowl and use for dipping.
