Ingredients

1 - 1/2 bunch flat-leaf parsley

5 cloves fresh garlic, roughly chopped

1/4 cup shallots, finely diced

1/2 teaspoon honey

3 teaspoons red wine vinegar

2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/8 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, add all ingredients and pulse until leaves are minced.

  2. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
