About the Recipe

The perfect addition to breakfast time!

Ingredients

1 recipe Everyday Wheat Dough

2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons fat-free cream cheese

2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons guava paste

1 egg + 2 tsp water - mixed

pinch sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

1. Divide dough into 8 equal parts, roll out each piece into a 3-inch circle, add 1 tsp each of cream cheese and guava paste pinch together dough edges to form a ball shape, and place seam side down onto baking sheet.

2. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar, bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes. The inside will be VERY HOT!
