About the Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
4 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons shredded colby-jack cheese
1 can diced green chiles
1 jalapeño, chopped
1/4 cup yellow onion, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
15 yellow corn tortillas
Cooking spray
Preparation
In a medium-sized bowl add in the first 8 ingredients, mix until combined and set aside.
Heat a skillet to medium-high heat, spray to lightly coat tortillas on both sides.
Heat tortillas until soft and pliable, flipping halfway through. Wrap tortillas in foil.
To assemble tacos, place about 2 tablespoons of chicken mixture on one half of a tortilla and fold over, pressing firmly so the tortilla sticks to the filling.
Arrange tacos standing up in the air fryer basket working in batches.
Cook at 390 for 12-15 minutes until desired crispness.
